Meet Abi Owens

Naturopathy Nutritional Therapist, DipNT (mANP, mGNC)
Specialisms: Digestion, Fatigue, Anxiety, Depression

After being diagnosed with Myalgic Encephalomyelitis / Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (ME/ CFS) in 2012. Abi pursued alternative medicine to support and heal her symptoms due to a lack of knowledge, understanding and support through western medicine. The journey has led Abi to try various alternative therapies including naturopathy nutrition, acupuncture, homeopathy, herbal medicine, and functional tests. Abi studied at the College of Naturopathic Medicine as a Naturopathic Nutritionist.

‘Going through the journey of living with a chronic illness for over 10 years I decided to take control of my own health and study for 3 years with the College of Naturopathic Medicine and qualify as a Nutritional Therapist. I’ve made a big leap in my own health journey by getting to the root of ME/CFS with functional testing, this has led me to a road of recovery. My goal is to help people get to the root of their health issues and treat the person as a whole rather than just the illness.’

The Goodness Guide team is growing to meet all the needs of our clients.
